K., a online platform publishing three in-depth articles weekly on the contemporary situation of Jews in Europe, is seeking a dedicated Editor to join our team and oversee the English version of the publication.
Position Overview:
As an Editor for the English version, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and coherence of our content. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the editorial process, translating, managing contributors, and maintaining the high standards of K. Spreading texts online is also included in the missions.
Responsibilities:
- Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread articles for grammar, style, and clarity, ensuring a polished final product.
- Contributor Management: Coordinate with writers and contributors, providing clear guidelines and feedback to maintain a consistent and high standard of content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the communication team to align content strategies and enhance the overall impact of K.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in editing, preferably in an online editorial or related field.
– Exceptional proficiency in written English.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the editorial team.
Remuneration: To be negotiated based on experience.
