Carole Fily

Born in 1979 in Morlaix, Finistère, Carole Fily studied Germanic studies in Rennes, Leipzig, and Strasbourg. She holds the Agrégation and teaches German in literary preparatory classes. For the past fifteen years, she has been translating works of German-language literature. She also has a passion for the history of Poland, whose language she speaks, and is particularly interested in its history during the Second World War.
